Bird Cocktail Class
Chef Dan Kern (of Bird / Noosa North East / 1201 Kitchen) will lead you through each step of crafting the featured cocktail while you enjoy a small plate created specifically to pair with the nuances of your drink. A member of the Five & 20 distilling team will be on hand to share about the featured spirit and to answer any questions. After class, relax with your finished cocktail on the patio with newly made friends and more food from Bird (available for purchase).
