Join us on the picturesque patio at NY state’s first combination winery, distillery and brewery at the site of Bird eatery for this exclusive Cocktail Class. Chef Dan Kern will lead you through each step of crafting the featured cocktail while you enjoy a small plate created specifically to pair with the nuances of the featured cocktail. A member of the Five & 20 distilling team will be on hand to share about the featured spirit and to answer any questions. After class, relax with your finished cocktail on the patio with newly made friends and more food from Bird (available for purchase). In the case of inclement weather, we’ll gather in the Five & 20 barrel room to craft our cocktails.
