Adam McKillip has been gracing the Western NY \ Northern PA region with his ambrosial vocals and musical talents for over eight years. Being multi-instrumental and drawing inspiration from musicians such as Damien Rice, Chris Thile, and Sam Beam, he has explored a range of genres in his career, anywhere from rock & pop, to bluegrass, roots style and foot stomping tunes with an undeniable ability to capture his audiences and move them. Adam’s passionate focus on mandolin is evident, with at least seventeen years of experience in playing. He has been involved in a handful of projects, including Wyldwood, Sweet Ass Cream Corn, Smilo & the Ghost. Most recently, he has joined as the mandolinist for western New York Folkcana group, The Probables. Adam was a Chautauqua Idol finalist and has opened for the 10,000 Maniacs. He is currently instructing at Infinity Visual and Performing Arts in Jamestown and offers private lesson instruction for both guitar and mandolin.
