Patio Yoga (Mazza Chautauqua Cellars / Five & 20 Spirits and Brewing)
On select Sunday mornings during the warmer months, join local yoga instructor Deb Phillips (Farming for Fitness) or Dariel Woltz (The Studio at Panterra) for an all-levels yoga class on our covered, picturesque patio, surrounded by 80 acres of Farmland. An invigorating way to center yourself and start your Sunday, your ticket includes a post-class tasting and a cold glass of wine or beer. Food by Bird is also available for purchase after the class, so stay a while and unwind on and off your mat.
Whiskey Barrel Tasting (Five & 20 Spirits and Brewing)
Join us at the first combination winery, distillery and brewery in NY state, surrounded by 80 acres of farmland, for a tour of the facility where a member of our distilling team will lead you through an exclusive tasting of whiskey being aged in our selection of barrels. This event will give you a behind-the-scenes look at how whiskey is produced and the magical world of whiskey aging and wood. Our distillery staff will guide you through a selection of samples that illustrates how the nuances of barrel aging influence the finished product in the bottle. You will then be invited to enjoy a featured cocktail (included with ticket).
Barrel Aged Beer Tasting (Five & 20 Spirits and Brewing)
Join us at the first combination winery, distillery and brewery in NY state, surrounded by 80 acres of farmland, for a tour of the facility where our head brewer or assistant brewer lead you in an exclusive tasting of a selection of beers being barrel aged (in a former wine or spirits barrel). We will provide a behind-the-scenes introduction to sourcing, brewing, barrel selection, barrel aging and blending while also answering any questions you may have. You’ll also be invited to enjoy a draft beer of your choice from the 8 on tap.
Cocktail Class (Bird Eatery / Five & 20 Spirits and Brewing)
Join us on the picturesque patio at NY state’s first combination winery, distillery and brewery at the site of Bird eatery for this exclusive Cocktail Class. Chef Dan Kern will lead you through each step of crafting the featured cocktail while you enjoy a small plate created specifically to pair with the nuances of the featured cocktail. A member of the Five & 20 distilling team will be on hand to share about the featured spirit and to answer any questions. After class, relax with your finished cocktail on the patio with newly made friends and more food from Bird (available for purchase). In the case of inclement weather, we’ll gather in the Five & 20 barrel room to craft our cocktails. Featured cocktail will be announced for each class.
Vertical Wine Tasting (South Shore Wine Company)
Join us in the private tasting room at the historical South Shore Wine Company, a civil-war era wine stone cavern. Here, our winemakers will personally lead you through this very exclusive wine tasting experience, featuring a selection of wines from our private library including wines with vintages going back nearly 50 years. While you taste, also enjoy bites from handcrafted charcuterie boards. Winemakers will be happy to answer questions throughout the tasting. Wine variety will be announced for each tasting.
