Two wines from the Mazza Vineyards Tribute Collection received high marks from Wine Enthusiast:
Mazza Vineyards 2020 Riesling: 91 points + “Best Buy”
Mazza Vineyards 2022 Cabernet Franc: 90 points
Speaking to Riesling, the reviewer describes the 2020 vintage as “explosive in flavor and vibrancy”. The 2022 Cab Franc is called “fresh” and “amendable” to myriad palates.
In addition, The Perfect Wines collection continues to receive accolades:
The Perfect Rosé 2024 vintage scored 92 points and a “Best Buy” designation from Wine Enthusiast, and was also featured in the publication’s The Best American Wines to Enjoy This Labor Day and Beyond.
In addition to a Wine Enthusiast “Best Buy” recognition, The Perfect Blanc 2024 vintage added two gold medals to its credentials:
Beverage Trade Network scored the Blanc at 94 points and awarded it a gold medal at its annual USA Wine Ratings.
In partnership with Beverage Testing Institute, The New York Wine & Grape Foundation’s 2026 New York Wine Classic recognized The Perfect Blanc for the second year in a row, awarding the gold medal wine 93 points and “Best Overall White Blend”. The NY Wine Classic blind tastes more than 700 wines from more than 100 wineries.
As the calendar turns towards harvest season in Lake Erie Wine Country, the Mazza team is proud of these achievements and looking forward to producing even more top-rated wines in the vintage years ahead.
