More national recognition for Mazza and Five & 20

As we near the end of 2023, we’re raising a glass to recent ratings, reviews, and recognition of Mazza wines and Five & 20 Spirits:

Decanter magazine reviewed a variety of Mazza wines and recognized two wines with 90+ ratings:

91 Points Mazza Chautauqua Cellars Riesling (Nutt Road Vineyard); from the reviewer, this wine is “this precise Riesling shows great fruit aromatics, think cut pear, cardamom and nutmeg and a nice complement of white florals”

90 Points The Perfect Rose; from the reviewer, this wine is “undeniably delicious”

Meanwhile, we’re on the list (again)! Mazza Chautauqua Cellars Pinot Grigio, in its new and beautiful packaging received a 91 Rating and placement on VinePair’s “15 Best Pinot Grigios for 2023“. This follows our previous VinePair recognition this past spring.

Mazza and Lake Erie Wine Country were highlighted in WineTraveler’s 2024 Wine Region Guide.

Mazza hosted Greig Santos-Buch, Travel & Wine Writer, Co-Founder of WineTraveler for a two day visit to our region in September. He applauded Mazza for being a winery that “contributes to the region’s reputation for quality and diversity.”

Isn’t that pretty? Allure Magazine recently featured The Perfect Rosé and Five & 20 Straight Bourbon in their Best of Beauty social shoot. Pics or didn’t happen!

Finally, Mazza’s own Blaine Ballard (Brand Ambassador) was a featured wine expert on FoxNews.com’s “Best buys: 5 affordable wine picks from experts as fall gets underway“, along with South Shore Wine Co.’s 2020 Teroldego
